• By paying for my entries and submitting them to the Erinrac Short Story and Poetry Competition/s I declare
  • that I am the author of the entries,
  • that the entries are original works of mine,
  • that the entries are free from copyright or other publication obligations or restrictions
  • that I am authorized and legally able to give permission for any or all entries of mine selected by the judges to be published in an appropriate format
  • on the Erinrac.com or linked website, 
    
  • in book format if published by Erinrac Enterprises, 
    
  • and in a flyer for postal entered exhibitors who have paid for results notification or a magazine published by Erinrac Enterprises
  • that I will indemify Erinrac Enterprises and associates for any claims made against them if such occurs from the publication of any and all of my submitted entries in the above formats/restrictions
    
  • I understand Erinrac Enterprises' sole interest is as stated above and they do not claim copyright or place restrictions on this entry being used at my discretion elsewhere or in another fashion - the copyright remains with me except as detailed above.
